Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We are always available for any questions you may have about our products before you place an order.
Damages & Issues
We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at etifiapparel@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
In most cases, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. However, since all of our products are made to order, please note that replacement items will require the same production and shipping time as a new order. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue store credit.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at etifiapparel@gmail.com.

- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- We currently do not ship internationally and only fulfill orders within the United States at this time.
